The Conference will be held on September 21st - 23rd 2018. Presenters from 20 countries—discourse analysts, linguists, historians, economists, sociologists and other scholars and researchers—will come together in Athens to explore.

Agendas of Reform is the 2nd Conference organized under the Europe in Discourse initiative. It is premised on the belief that the time is now appropriate to talk about the European project by offering fresh yet realistic thinking on how to deal with the challenges facing Europe. The so-called “poly-crisis” has been testing the reflexes of Europe which, despite the disintegrative agendas which were strengthened by Brexit and the rising populism, has proved its resilience. The pro-European French President, Emmanuel Macron, promises to re-launch Europe while German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, speaks about drawing up a "common road map" for Europe. The need for Reform is a common denominator, but there is still no consensus and an awful lot disunity on what an agenda of reform might look like nor how it might be achieved.

The Conference is organized around key panels and will welcome prestigious speakers from Greece and abroad to discuss on EU.
