The first in this year’s series of free entrepreneurship workshops from B-Cube, organized in partnership with Envolve Entrepreneurship, looks at the “Customer Journey Map,” and will be held on Thursday, November 25. Agapi Kyriakopoulou, Marketing and Knowledge Dissemination Associate at Envolve Entrepreneurship, will explain what a customer journey map is, why it’s vital for a startup, and how businesses can create such a map to better understand and address their customers’ needs.
