Our B-Cube initiative is launching a new series of free workshops on the latest HOW-TO tactics. Drawing on insights from science and technology to business and the humanities, these events are designed to help participants grow as successful professionals and motivated individuals.
The first workshop in the series of HOW-TO events is entitled “How to frame roles, skills and competences of a top-performing sales force”.
Successfully managing a B2B sales force requires a clear organizational strategic focus that aligns marketing and sales. Participants will develop a competency framework for B2B sales jobs roles.
The event will be held on Monday, December 12, 2022, at 18:30, in the Auditorium, at Hellenic American College, 22 Massalias Street, Athens.
HOW-TO events are led by market experts and faculty members with diverse backgrounds. They’re geared to young innovators and aspiring business individuals who wish to broaden and strengthen their skills and professional profile to succeed in a demanding, competitive work environment.

Dr. Damianos Giannakis holds a PhD in marketing from Strathclyde University. He has 35 years of experience in business, teaching, and consulting in Greek and international organizations. He has been Associate Professor at Hellenic American University since 2004, where he teaches marketing and sales in the undergraduate and graduate business programs.
