Android Developer Crash Course

70-hour training seminar for basic programming users. Trainees will learn basic Java programming by professional instructors and will develop Android applications using Java and Android studio. Trainees will develop essential tools for the architecture, development, and promotion of their Android apps as well as the Google Play Store registration procedure. Large part of the seminar is dedicated to hands-on training in our PC-equipped labs.

Upon completion of the seminar trainees will be able to develop basic Android apps, work effectively and productively in teams in compliance with the Programming environment requirements and will reinforce their CVs through the registration of their own apps.

Detailed Curriculum

  • Java programming language basics
  • Modeling the application based on the MVC architecture
  • Android Studio - setting up and using the IDE
  • Building an Android application User Interface - material design
  • Building and consuming REST services 
  • In-app databases: Use of SQLite with practical examples


Instruction Languages



Intermediate-level (B2) knowledge of English, basic computer knowledge, minimum experience in programming
