For Kindergarten students
Educational game that became a best seller in the USA. It is an introductory program, ideal for children to understand as early as pre-school age, the basic logic of programming.
STEM Education offers an introduction to Kids First Coding & Robotics, an ideal workshop for pre-school children to understand the basics of coding.
With this new program, we set a strong foundation from an early age towards understanding programming concepts through hands-on activities that will give children the motivation to explore.
Each lesson is a different tale - a challenge for children to solve a problem by programming their robot. The group of students creates their own unique story, which is then illustrated in the form of a track.
- Will the firefighting vehicle put out the fire and save the animals?
- Which route should it follow to reach its destination in time?
- Will our robot be able to solve mathematical puzzles?
- Will it be able to collect cubes of the same color, of the correct number required, and reach the expected result?
These are issues to be resolved through coding. Children, through their involvement in these scenarios and many more, will develop problem-solving skills, logical thinking, basic coding skills, innovation, a collaborative spirit and motivation to learn.
Purpose of the program
The main goal of the program is to cultivate basic programming skills through playful activities. We also help children to develop their problem solving and teamwork skills.
Kids First Coding & Robotics is compatible with WRO Hellas's educational robotics competitions!
