Hellenic American University offers certificates as micro-credentials as continuous professional development for working professionals and adult learners in general. Each certificate is a bundle of 4 credit-bearing courses. There is also an option to do a longer, six-course (18 credits) professional certificate/specialization.

Certificate benefits

These certificates help you acquire additional skills to enhance your employability or further your career, while requiring a significantly shorter commitment of time than earning a degree does. In addition, the credits you earn can be transferred towards a degree at Hellenic American University or other colleges and universities, or enable you to waive certain courses in the degree program.

Earning the certificate

Certificates are usually offered by specific degree programs, such as the MBA certificates or the Stress Management Certificate, which draws on courses from the M.S. in Stress and Health Management.

If you are a Hellenic American University degree-seeking student, you can earn the certificate by completing the set of courses as part of your degree program. If you are interested in pursuing a certificate you should first inform the director of your program.

If you wish to earn a certificate but are not a Hellenic American University student you will need to apply to the program through the Admissions Office (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).
