On Wednesday, May 15, at 20:00, Dr. George Lagios, mental health counselor, psychotherapist, writer, and adjunct instructor at Hellenic American University, will offer a workshop on the red flags in relationships.
Workshop’s summary:
The workshop is for individuals who wish to discover more about how relationships and personal connections affect our daily lives and well-being.
The workshop will discuss the following:
- Why do I desire those who are unavailable or who don't want me?
- Why do I find it difficult to break up or get over a breakup?
- What drives me to choose certain partners?
- What is the attachment theory and how does it affect me?
- How do I change the pattern?

Speaker’s short bio:
Dr. George Lagios holds a master’s degree in psychology (cognitive behavioral therapy), and a PhD in sexology. He is a professor of psychosexual therapy and the author of Would You Choose Yourself as Your Parent? (2018) and Inside Your Mind (2020). He is also a clinical mental health counselor, psychotherapist, and speaker He received the President’s Achievement Award from Hellenic American University and continues his research work on erotic desire.
