Giorgos LagiosIn this innovative, interactive event, George Lagios, mental health counselor, psychotherapist, writer, and adjunct instructor at Hellenic American University will use techniques of role playing to demonstrate how we can handle our thoughts and feelings at critical moments in our life.

During the event, which will take place on December 15th, George will discuss the reasons why we need to make conscious choices when it comes to love and keep in mind the impact they have on our personal happiness and inner world. Receiving guidance from a mental health expert to analyze these choices helps us better understand ourselves and needs.

Topics of interest:

  • What is in the minds of two people who want to be together but can’t seem to communicate with each other?
  • What role does mutuality play in our relationships and how can we identify it?
  • Why are we slaves to our desires and fears?
  • How does sex relate to compatibility and communication?

The event is organized by Hellenic American College in cooperation with Hellenic American University, on Friday December 15, at 20.00, at 22 Massalias Str., Athens (Theater).
