Dr. Andy Mauromoustakos, Professor of Agriculture at the University of Arkansas, will give a talk on the Fundamentals of Predictive Analytics with JMP.
Drawing on data and case studies, Dr. Mauromoustakos will review and showcase typical tools used in predictive modeling such as regression and logistics regression, PCA and cluster analysis, decision trees, neural nets and model comparisons. His presentation will focus on visual explorations and the use of graphics to better understand the models being fitted. The talk will include a hands-on demonstration of data analysis using the JMP software.
The event is being organized by the Hellenic American College Information Technology and Business Administration programs in cooperation with Hellenic American University (Manchester, NH, USA).
The presentation will be delivered in English.
