A year after the publication of the book Emfylia Pathi – 23 Questions and Answers about the Civil War by Stathis N. Kalyvas and Nikos Marantzidis (Metaichmio Publications), political scientists, historians and other scholars join one of the book's authors to discuss the impact of the civil war on Greek society and other issues raised in the work.
The panel of speakers features:
• Nikos Alivizatos, Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Athens
• Evanthis Chatzivasileiou, Professor of History at the University of Athens
• Christos Chomenidis, writer
• Nikos Marantzidis, political scientist and Professor at the University of Macedonia, co-author of the book
• Giannis Voulgaris, Professor in the Department of Political Science and History of Panteion University
Journalist and writer Pavlos Papadopoulos will moderate the discussion.
The event is organized by Hellenic American College, the Hellenic American Union and Metaichmio Publications and will be held at the Hellenic American Union Auditorium, Massalias 22, Kolonaki on October 6 2016 at 19:30.
