
Hellenic American University and Kerkyra Publications are pleased to host the presentation of Dr. Georgios Prevelaki’s new book In the OECD: Geopolitical Theory and Diplomatic Action at the University’s Athens campus this Monday, October 7th at 18:30. The event, which will be held in Greek (without simultaneous interpretation), is open to the public.
Dr. Prevelakis, professor emeritus at Pantheon-Sorbonne University (Paris 1) and Distinguished Visiting Professor at Hellenic American University, has been serving as the Permanent Representative of Greece to the OECD since October 2019.
The event will feature a panel discussion with the author and the following speakers:
- Dimitris Avramaopoulos, MP and former European Commissioner for Migration and Home Affairs
- Louka Katseli, professor emerita at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and former Director of the OECD Development Centre in France
- Tatiana-Spinari-Pallali, art historian
- Angelos Sirgos, MP and Professor of International Law and Foreign Policy at the Panteion University.
Journalist and lawyer Antonis Papagiannidis will coordinate the discussion.
A cocktail reception will follow.
