The aim of this workshop is to help educators recognize the characteristics of learning difficulties and to demonstrate a variety of teaching techniques.
These techniques can be used to accommodate the needs of students with dyslexia and other learning difficulties in the foreign language class. We focus on the causes of dyslexia and other learning difficulties and we develop an understanding of the presented techniques through hands-on activities.

- Causes and signs of dyslexia and learning difficulties
- Experiencing frustration, anxiety and tension
- Communicating with parents
- Addressing behavioral issues
- Teaching reading and reading comprehension
- Teaching writing and written expression
- Assessing students with dyslexia and learning difficulties
