Microsoft 365 Administrator | MS-102

The Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102) program is designed for IT professionals with experience managing Microsoft 365 environments who want to deepen their knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant administration, identity synchronization, security, and compliance.

The training includes hands-on practice and fully prepares participants for the Microsoft Certified: Administrator Expert certification, through the MS-102 exam.

Course Content

This course covers the following areas in depth:

• Microsoft 365 tenant configuration: organization settings, subscriptions, licenses, and roles
• User, group, domain, and admin role management
• Identity synchronization using Microsoft Entra Connect and Cloud Sync
• User access protection with MFA, Conditional Access, and the Zero Trust model
• Microsoft Defender and Microsoft 365 Defender XDR security tools
• Data governance with Microsoft Purview: archiving, compliance, DLP & sensitivity labels
• Implementation of data protection policies and risk monitoring

The course includes 40 hours of instruction plus 8 extra hours of exam preparation.
